Volunteer Cadre:
The Volunteer Cadre is designed for employed and retired professionals who are passionate about contributing to peace-building and national development. These individuals volunteer their time, knowledge, experience, and skills to support PCN’s mission and programs.
Although volunteers are not salaried, they enjoy all the rights and privileges of regular members and may receive honoraria when engaged as resource persons at training programs or special events.
Peace Corps Volunteers are deployed to various communities where they contribute to:
- Peace-building and conflict mediation
- Youth mentoring
- Public health and education awareness
- Environmental protection and climate action
- Agriculture and food security
- Community development initiatives
Volunteers are expected to serve as Peace Ambassadors within their professional and social spheres.
